We started the season with old-timer Leslie Heaven as teamleader. He immediately grabbed two podium spots in France. (Sillans la-Cascade & Granville-St. Mallo)
Granville-St. Mallo was a big succes for our team, not only did Heaven get 2nd. Also Buelens & Domagala were able to get 4th & 5th place. A little later in the season Heaven went on taking a 3rd place in the GP Reggio and taking 5th place in Sint-Niklaas while leading out Buelens to get 3rd.
Mid-season the old Australian showed his last tricks. Winning both Jayton-Aspermont and Colonia GP. And finishing of with a 2nd place in Oslo Rundtur S.
Afterwards the team decided to participate in our first Tour since our comeback... Race of the Minutemen. We signed up with Heaven as our leader. Unfortunatelly we didn't get further than a 10th place in stage 6, resulting in a depressing 0 points.
We decided to let Heaven go, soon he would retire.
So it was time for a new captain. Gawel Domagala was getting trained in the shadows, ready to become a successful cobbler. He rode the last half of the season as Captain in numberous cobble races. We can safely say he didn't disappoint. Getting 4 wins and one 2nd place he was our rider of the season.
